We here at Shosholoza believe in giving the youth a fighting chance, where most employers look for experience, we provide it.

Hiring
We hire the inexperienced youth on a temporary basis and train them in the different departments, which ranges from data capturing to consulting clients.
3.
Confidence
We have found the training provides the youth with experience and confidence in dealing with clients in a work environment.
4.
Point of sales Training
One department we have requires our staff to learn how to use a point of sales terminal, this training can be adapted to any retail job.
5.
Recommendation
All of our trainees may apply for jobs elsewhere while we train them, knowing if they work well, they will have a great recommendation from Shosholoza.
